- Removal of walls enclosing kitchen and fitting of steel support beams and post (see before and after floorplans below)
- Install a new kitchen cabinets with stone benchtop
- Install new stainless steel appliances with ceramic cooktop
- Replace all bathroom furniture and wall and floor tiles
- Sand and polish parquetry
- Paint entire unit
- Fit new timber blinds
